Returns & Exchanges
To make a return email email@example.com, enter the email address used for the original order, your original order number and include return in the subject line of the email. If you are unsure or have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have completed your return request, you will receive a pre-paid return label emailed to you.
- Print the pre-paid return label.
- Affix to the outside of your package. Be sure to remove or cover any existing labels on the package.
- Drop your package off at your local pickup and drop-off location. Please note most of our return shipments are processed through USPS. However, occasionally you may receive a label from UPS or FedEX. Check your label to confirm the carrier before dropping off.
You have 7 days from receiving the pre-paid return label to ship your package. If the package is returned beyond that, you may have additional fees or your package may be returned to you.
We make returns as easy as possible. We accept returns for full refunds within 30 days. To be eligible for return, merchandise must be returned unworn and unwashed with all tags and original packaging attached. All SALE merchandise are Final Sale - No Refunds or Exchanges.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
A flat rate return shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your items.
Please allow 5-7 business days after the refund has been processed for the funds to reflect on your bank or credit card statement. The processing time is dependent on your bank or credit card provider.
We accept exchanges within 20 days of your purchase. To be eligible for exchange, merchandise must be returned unworn and unwashed with all the tags attached. We’re happy to waive the $7 return shipping fee and credit you back automatically.
